Nutrition & Wellbeing Support in Ireland
Understanding health beyond trends and extremes.
Health has become complicated.
There is constant messaging about doing more, removing more, fixing more — often delivered without context, nuance or realism.
But meaningful change rarely comes from extremes.
It comes from understanding how stress, physiology and behaviour interact — and making small, consistent shifts over time.
Whether I’m working with a woman navigating fertility, a parent supporting a child, or a school delivering health education, the foundation is the same:
Clarity.
Compassion.
Structure.
How we can work together
1:1 Nutrition & Wellbeing Support
Ongoing, structured nutrition and wellbeing support for women working toward a specific health goal — from fertility and hormone balance to gut health and burnout recovery.
This is steady, personalised work built around your life.
Talks & Workshops
Evidence-informed sessions for schools and organisations on food neutrality, stress, female health and sustainable performance.
The aim is not to lecture, it’s to equip.
Parent & Child Support
Compassionate nutrition support for families navigating food struggles, gut concerns or behavioural patterns — without shame, pressure or rigid rules.
My approach
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (DipNT, mNTOI) trained in Motivational Interviewing and currently studying Coaching Psychology (UCC).
My work is:
Evidence-informed
Food-neutral and non-restrictive
Grounded in physiology
Structured and practical
I focus on reducing overwhelm, improving regulation and helping you understand your body more clearly, without adding more pressure.
Meet me
Over the past few years, I’ve worked one-to-one with women navigating complex health concerns and delivered education in schools and organisations nationwide.
That clinical work reshaped how I think about health.
I’ve seen how often advice ignores stress, context and real life — and how much steadier change becomes when people understand what’s actually driving their habits.
My work now sits at the intersection of physiology, behaviour and education. Whether I’m speaking to a group or working individually, the focus is the same: clarity, perspective and practical tools that people can actually use.
We’re living in a time where health has become something to optimise, track, perfect and sell.
There’s always another rule, supplement or “fix.”
It’s no wonder so many people feel like they’re constantly behind.
I’m more interested in helping people understand their own bodies — and build something steady from there.
