Parent & Child Nutrition Support in Ireland

Support for children’s nutrition without stress, pressure or food battles

Raising a child around food can feel confusing, especially when sensory sensitivities, rigidity, anxiety or health concerns are part of the picture.

My approach to child and teen nutrition support is focused on helping parents feel calm, informed and confident, without turning mealtimes into a daily struggle.

This work is not about perfect eating.

It’s about building safety, nourishment and flexibility in a way your family can actually live with.

Who this is for

This support may be helpful if:

  • Your child is selective, anxious or rigid around food

  • Mealtimes feel stressful or unpredictable

  • You’re worried about nutrition, growth, energy or digestion

  • Your child has sensory sensitivities or additional needs

  • You want guidance that’s practical, compassionate and realistic

If you’re often wondering “Am I doing this right?” - you’re not alone.

My approach

Children don’t need pressure to eat well.

They need safety, structure and understanding.

My work is:

  • Evidence-informed and food-neutral

  • Sensory-informed and neuro-affirming

  • Practical and realistic for family life

We work at your child’s pace, reduce stress around food, and focus on long-term confidence rather than short-term compliance.
