Nutrition, behaviour change & education
Grounded, compassionate, evidence-based.
Hi, I’m Anni
I’m a Nutritional Therapist, Coaching Psychology student, speaker and educator, with clinical and educational experience across adult health, paediatric nutrition and wellbeing education.
I work with:
Adults navigating chronic illness, fertility challenges and burnout
Parents supporting children’s nutrition and wellbeing
Schools and organisations seeking clear, evidence-based health education
While these may look like separate paths, they’re rooted in one core focus:
Helping people feel safe, resourced and capable in their bodies, without pressure, shame or overwhelm.
How I work
Across all of my work — whether I’m supporting an adult, a parent, a classroom or a team — my approach is consistent.
I don’t believe lasting change comes from restriction, fear or trying harder.
Instead, I focus on:
Understanding how the body responds to stress
Rebuilding capacity before pushing for change
Using clear education, not rules, to support better decisions
Working with the nervous system, not against it
My background combines:
Evidence-based nutrition
Behaviour change and motivational interviewing
Trauma-informed, food-neutral practice
Coaching psychology principles
This allows me to meet people where they are, and help them move forward in a way that’s sustainable.
In adults, I often see bodies that have been pushed for years, through illness, fertility struggles, work stress or “doing all the right things”.
In parents, I see how much pressure there is to get food, health and routines “right”.
In schools and workplaces, I see how early beliefs about food, bodies and performance are formed, often without the physiological understanding to support them.
My role is not to tell people what to do.
It’s to help them understand why, so they can make informed, confident choices long after our work together ends.

My approach
Experience & Context
Alongside private client work, I:
Deliver nutrition and wellbeing talks to primary and secondary schools nationwide
Speak at wellness events and workshops
Support organisations with talks on female health, nourishment, energy and performance
Bring clinical experience into education settings in a way that’s practical, age-appropriate and grounded
Beyond work
Outside of work, I value slowness and simplicity - time with my horses, quiet mornings, movement that feels nourishing rather than punishing.
My own experiences of illness and recovery have shaped how I work.
They’ve taught me that real resilience isn’t built by doing more - but by learning when to pause, listen and recalibrate.
That philosophy runs through everything I offer.
