1:1 Nutrition & Wellbeing Support

Ongoing, structured support for women working toward a specific health goal.

This is for you if something truly matters.

You want to conceive.

You want your gut to settle.

You want your cycle to regulate.

You want your energy back.

You want to stop feeling inflamed, reactive or depleted.

You’re not looking for generic advice.

You’re looking for clarity — and a steady plan.

Rather than offering one-off consultations, I work with clients on a monthly basis. This allows us to build change gradually, monitor progress properly and adapt as your body responds.

Because meaningful change rarely happens in a single session.

What we can work on

This work may focus on:

  • Preconception and fertility support

  • Hormone balance and cycle irregularity

  • Post-pill recovery

  • Digestive discomfort and gut repair

  • Stress-related inflammation or autoimmune patterns

  • Persistent low energy or burnout

We look at nutrition, sleep, stress load, inflammation and behavioural patterns together — not in isolation.

Your body doesn’t operate in compartments.

Your support shouldn’t either.

My approach

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (DipNT, mNTOI), trained in Motivational Interviewing and currently studying Coaching Psychology (UCC).

Our work is:

• Evidence-informed

• Food-neutral and non-restrictive

• Grounded in physiology

• Structured and practical

We focus on reducing inflammation, rebuilding capacity and supporting regulation — without creating additional stress.

This isn’t about elimination for the sake of it.

It’s about creating the right conditions for your body to respond.

The structure

1:1 Nutrition & Wellbeing Support is delivered as an ongoing monthly partnership.

What’s included

  • Two 45-minute sessions per month

  • Personalised nutrition and supplement refinement

  • Weekly Sunday reflections to support consistency and awareness

  • Individualised feedback on your reflections

  • Message support between sessions

  • Structured review of progress and plan adjustment

The Sunday reflections are a key part of the process — helping you notice patterns, track progress and maintain momentum between appointments.

This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about building steady progress with professional guidance.

Commitment & Investment

This support is offered on a monthly basis at €220 per month.

A minimum three-month commitment is required.

This timeframe allows us to assess patterns properly, implement meaningful changes and track genuine progress.

Support continues on a rolling basis after the initial three months if desired.

Is this right for you?

This may be a good fit if:

  • You have a clear health goal

  • You’re ready for structured support rather than quick fixes

  • You value steady, evidence-based progress

  • You’re willing to engage in the process

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a single consultation or a rigid, one-size-fits-all protocol.

This is best suited to women ready to engage consistently and take ownership of the process.

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out before applying.

"I cannot recommend Anni enough!

Anni came highly recommended to me by someone else who was going through IVF and had success working with Anni. When I was going through IVF, I felt so overwhelmed and unsure about how to best support my body. Anni provided invaluable guidance on supplements and nutrition tailored specifically to my needs during this time.

From our first meeting, Anni was compassionate and understanding, taking the time to explain everything. She helped me create a personalised plan that not only supported my IVF journey but also my general health.

I'm delighted to say that I am now 14 weeks pregnant from that first IVF transfer after working with Anni. This is after much heartache and multiple failed IVF transfers in the past. Anni truly went above and beyond, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone on their fertility/IVF journey.”

"Anni has been an absolute lifeline for me.

When I was going through an incredibly difficult time with endo flare-ups, she was there to offer her guidance and support. She helped me develop strategies to reduce and manage my pain, while also working on improving my mindset.

Anni's compassionate approach and practical steps truly made a difference in my life. I'm so grateful to have found her when I needed it the most."

 FAQs

  • You don’t need to be at crisis point to deserve support.

This work is for women who have a clear goal or ongoing frustration they’re ready to address properly — whether that’s fertility, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, inflammation, or persistent low energy.

If something has been lingering, repeating, or quietly draining you, that’s reason enough.

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to book a clarity call to talk it through before committing.

  • Most approaches focus on isolated symptoms or short-term protocols.

Our work looks at patterns — how stress, nourishment, sleep, inflammation and behaviour interact over time. Rather than constantly switching strategies, we build stability and make measured adjustments based on how your body responds.

It’s structured, evidence-informed and personalised — not trend-driven or restrictive.

The goal is not intensity. It’s consistency and capacity.

  • This isn’t about adding pressure or perfection.

The process is designed to integrate into real life. We focus on practical adjustments and realistic strategies that support your current season, rather than overwhelm it.

The Sunday reflections are short and structured — they’re there to build awareness, not create homework.

Support should reduce stress, not add to it.

  • No ethical practitioner can promise specific outcomes.

What I can promise is a structured, thoughtful approach — careful assessment, ongoing review, and adjustments based on your progress.

We work collaboratively and adapt as needed. Meaningful change often requires time and consistency, which is why the minimum commitment is three months.

If something isn’t progressing as expected, we review and recalibrate.

  • For many women, the cost of continuing in uncertainty — cycling through supplements, appointments and conflicting advice — is far greater over time.

This model allows us to work properly: to assess patterns, implement change gradually, and monitor results rather than guessing.

You’re investing in structured guidance, personalised oversight and ongoing professional support — not a single conversation.

  • Each month includes:

    • Weekly Sunday reflections

    • Individual feedback on your reflections

    • Message support between sessions

    • Ongoing review and adjustment

The aim is steady guidance between appointments — not just support once every few weeks.

  • Yes. A minimum three-month commitment is required.

For fertility, hormone or digestive goals, this timeframe allows us to properly assess patterns, implement changes and observe meaningful progress.
