✓ science-based & education-led - clear explanations, not overwhelm

✓ compassionate & trauma-aware - grounded in safety and nervous-system principles

Meet me

I’m Annabella, a Nutritional Therapist, coaching psychology student, and speaker working at the intersection of integrative health, behaviour change and education.

I support adults navigating chronic symptoms, burnout, fertility challenges and emotional eating; parents who want clearer, calmer guidance for their child’s nutrition; and schools and organisations seeking accessible, evidence-based wellbeing education.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed and grounded in the nervous system - blending nutrition, lifestyle foundations and behaviour change in a way that feels clear, compassionate and doable.

Alongside my clinical work, I deliver talks to primary and secondary schools nationwide, speak at wellness events, and collaborate with clinics and companies to make health education more human, more practical and more empowering.
