You cannot change patterns you cannot see.

For women who are tired of overthinking, self-pressure and staying stuck in patterns that no longer fit.

This work may be for you if…

You constantly push yourself, even when you know the pace is unsustainable.

You appear capable on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected or emotionally exhausted.

You overthink decisions, second-guess yourself or rely heavily on pressure to stay productive.

You feel caught between who you’ve been and who you’re trying to become.

You’re tired of temporary motivation and want change that actually holds in everyday life.

You want to understand yourself more clearly rather than continually trying to “fix” yourself.

What we may work on

Understanding why you keep repeating the same patterns.

Building a healthier relationship with stress, productivity and self-worth

Exploring the psychological factors influencing health, wellbeing and performance

Improving confidence in decision-making, boundaries and self-trust

Navigating burnout, identity shifts, uncertainty or periods of transition

Creating habits and routines that feel sustainable in real life — not just during periods of high motivation

Moving away from perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking towards greater consistency and self-trust

My approach

My approach is reflective, collaborative and psychologically informed, while remaining grounded in practical behavioural change.

I’m less interested in quick fixes, surface-level motivation or rigid routines, and more interested in understanding the patterns that repeatedly pull people away from the life they say they want.

This work involves honest reflection, constructive challenge and developing greater awareness of the stories, habits and protective strategies that may be keeping you stuck.

From there, the focus becomes building change that feels realistic, sustainable and capable of holding up in real life.

The aim is not perfection, but developing greater self-awareness, self-trust and consistency over time.

What the coaching process often looks like

Awareness
We begin by identifying the patterns, behaviours and pressures that may be driving your decisions, reactions and ways of coping.

Honest reflection

Coaching includes constructive challenge, questioning assumptions, recognising avoidance patterns and looking honestly at what may be reinforcing stress, overwhelm or self-sabotage.

Sustainable action
From there, we focus on practical shifts, habits and decisions that are realistic, sustainable and aligned with the life you actually want to build.

Integration
Eventually, coaching becomes less about needing me and more about trusting yourself.

Coaching structure

  • 50-minute online sessions

  • Flexible ongoing sessions

  • Usually bi-weekly or monthly

Some people find that one or two sessions are enough to create clarity around a particular challenge. Others choose to continue over several months as they work through deeper patterns and longer-term goals. We’ll decide together what feels most helpful.

Is this right for you?

You’ll probably enjoy this work if…

  • You value reflection, self-awareness and personal responsibility

  • You’re open to honest challenge and meaningful behavioural change

  • You want sustainable progress rather than temporary motivation

  • You’re willing to engage consistently and reflect between sessions

This may not be the best fit if:

  • You’re currently looking for therapeutic or crisis support

  • You’re hoping for highly prescriptive advice or quick fixes

  • You want someone else to make decisions on your behalf

A little about me

I work in behavioural coaching, with a background in Nutrition, Coaching Psychology, and behaviour change, with a particular interest in the relationship between pressure, identity, and sustainable change.

Outside of work, I’m usually happiest somewhere outdoors, around horses, travelling, hiking, or slowing life down a little.

I think many women are carrying far more pressure than they realise, while still trying to function at a high level.

My work is grounded in helping people better understand themselves, recognise the patterns keeping them stuck and create change that feels sustainable in real life.
