My approach
With a background in nutrition, psychology and behaviour change, I deliver talks that help people better understand the relationship between stress, behaviour, identity and wellbeing.
My work focuses on creating greater awareness around the patterns, pressures and habits that shape how we think, feel and function day to day.
Rather than relying on motivation or generic wellness advice, sessions are designed to feel thoughtful, practical and genuinely relevant to real life.
