My work began in nutrition - but it became about something much deeper.
I started my career in nutrition, supporting people to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable habits.
Over time, I noticed the same patterns appearing again and again.
Most people already knew what they “should” be doing.
What they struggled with wasn’t knowledge.
It was pressure, self-doubt, identity, perfectionism and the everyday realities of being human.
I realised I was becoming less interested in giving people more information, and more interested in understanding what was getting in the way of lasting change.
That curiosity eventually led me into coaching psychology.
My approach
Today, my work focuses on helping people understand themselves more deeply so they can create sustainable change with greater confidence and self-trust.
I’m particularly interested in the relationship between:
pressure and performance
self-awareness and behaviour
ambition and sustainability
mind-body connection
identity and long-term change
My approach is reflective, psychologically informed and grounded in collaboration rather than judgement.
The goal isn’t to optimise every part of your life.
It’s to understand yourself well enough to make choices that genuinely align with who you are.

The way I see it…
I don’t believe lasting change comes from constantly pushing ourselves harder.
I believe it comes from understanding ourselves more honestly, our patterns, beliefs, behaviours, capacity and the environments we’re trying to grow within and adapt to.
You can be ambitious
without abandoning yourself in the process.
Beyond work
Outside of work, I’m usually happiest somewhere outdoors, around horses, travelling, hiking, or just slowing life down enough to actually enjoy it.
Horses have shaped a huge part of my life, and I’m currently working towards returning to competition, something that feels equally exciting and humbling.
I’ve always been someone who loves ambition and growth, but I also really value slowness, good food, movement, nature and having space to actually think.
A lot of my work is shaped by that balance, the idea that you can want more for yourself, work hard and challenge yourself, without feeling like you constantly have to override who you are in the process.
Whether you’re looking for one-to-one coaching or a workshop for your team, my goal is the same:
To create a space where people can think more clearly, understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.
